The
M34 overseas cap was introduced for wear by EM/NCO's on the 24th of
March 1934. This reproduction of an ‘Einheitsfeldmütze’ was copied
straight from an original disassembled cap.
On the front the cap has a factory handstitched BeVo-woven cap eagle and
cockade, it is complete with white rayon, inverted "V", soutache
flanking the cockade indicating service with the infantry units.
Grommets made of aluminium was painted with feldgrau paint
The M34 was made with early green coloured feldgrau 100% wool cloth from
Germany, custom dyed cotton twill lining and best available quality of insignia.
