Description
Waffen SS M43 cap with high quality BeVo insignia . Cap body constructed of Italian wool 100% wool (CUSTOM MADE) , cotton HBT lining and original Italian WWII wooden buttons.
In September, 1943, Italy surrendered and the German armed forces occupied the remaining military installations and confiscated remaining stocks of uniforms and raw materials. Shortly thereafter, the Germans began using Italian fabrics in the production of their own uniforms and caps.
Original quality insignia - Elsenau made
- Ear muff loops and white binding tape
- Buttons are original Italian made
- The machine woven eagle and skull - factory zig zag sewn.
- Pattern is the same as original, with all small details.

This Italian Wool M43 cap exceeded my expectations. It looks like a real WW2 German late war cap.

Amazing repro! I now own 4 caps from Elsenau and each are simply spot on. They fit amazingly not too tight or too loose! But most importantly they are superbly close to the originals.
